Cancellation & Refund Policy

GROUP CHARTERS

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $100 per person will be collected in order to hold your reservation. During Jan-April & Sept-Dec, full payment must be collected 5 days prior to the trip date. During May-Aug, full payment must be collected 2 weeks prior to the trip date.

If a customer cancels their reservation prior to the full payment collection day referenced above, a full refund will be processed. If a customer cancels after the full payment collection referenced above, the customer is liable for the full cost of the reservation and no refund will be issued.

If your captain cancels the fishing charter due to bad weather or mechanical issues and we are unable to rebook your reservation for another time or date, the customer will receive a full refund.

PRIVATE CHARTERS
